1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Cleopatra AI application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application.
You may not rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Application.
You may not use the Application for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Face Data & Photo Processing

The Application allows you to upload photos for AI-powered rhinoplasty simulations. To protect your privacy:

Uploaded photos are processed securely and deleted within 24 hours.
No facial recognition or biometric identification is performed.
We do not retain, resell, or share your face data with third parties.

Uploaded images are used strictly for rhinoplasty simulation purposes. All processing is performed securely and in compliance with data protection standards.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features of the Application require a subscription or in-app purchase:

Payments are processed securely via Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including trademarks, content, and code, are owned by Dijitaladam or its licensors. You may not use these without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Application. Prohibited uses include:

Uploading harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
Disrupting the functionality of the Application.
Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights.

There are no subscription limits on photo generation. However, in cases of abnormal usage—such as nonstop, back-to-back generations with the intent of abuse—we reserve the right to impose restrictions on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis.

Cleopatra AI is not a medical or surgical service. The Application does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or professional surgical advice. The AI-powered rhinoplasty simulations are intended purely for informational and illustrative purposes, to help users visualize potential aesthetic changes.

If you are considering rhinoplasty or any other medical procedure, you should always consult with a licensed plastic surgeon or qualified medical professional. Cleopatra AI is not intended for use in emergencies, medical decision-making, or as a substitute for professional consultation.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms still apply and you may incur charges (including roaming). It is your responsibility to manage these costs and ensure your device remains charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for connectivity or device-related issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dijitaladam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Application.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete the Application.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Balıkesir, Türkiye.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the new Terms.
